Major Sophie Teague, of the Tampa Police Department,
holds "Snoop," a bloodhound donation made by the CPEA-Jimmy Ryce Bloodhound
Network. Teague is Snoop's handler at the Tampa PD. The three-month old
puppy (Snoop was born in November 2005) has already begun training with
Teague.
