ID Info - NCIC # M-854894326. Michael is a Black/Hispanic male, 6' 1" tall, weighs 165 pounds, has a black Afro, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a baggy white T-shirt with the sleeves cut off, and sides ripped to the waist, with a black tank top underneath, baggy blue jeans and tennis shorts. Michael has acne scars on his face, a gap between his top front teeth, and a scar shaped like the letter "M" on his right upper arm.

Circumstances - On April 30th Michael was dropped off by his friend at approximately 6 p.m. in the Quail Ridge subdivision at the intersection of Tolgate Road and Old Spears Road. Michael has not been seen or heard from since.
