ID Info - This black female was between 5' 1" and 5' 3" tall. The victim was wearing a light-colored blouse with darker pin striping, a leather or vinyl jacket with a zip front and gathered waist. She also had on high-top MIA tennis shoes, size 6B, laces missing, with a Velcro strap across the ankle, and Flippo Totti pants, size 7/8 with ankle zippers and a Web type belt. There was a small blemish on the right side of her skull which may have been caused by an accident, surgery, or was hereditary. Also, her ears were pierced and two yellow gold hoop earrings with a small yellow gold ball mounted on the bottom of each hoop were found.

Circumstances - The victim's skeletal remains were found in the 17800 block of Falls Road in Baltimore County, MD. The remains had been at that location for approximately five years or more.
