ID Info - This black female was 5' 3" tall, weighed 128 pounds, had black hair and brown eyes. She had 12" hair extensions and no dental work. She was found wearing a plastic Tweety Bird watch, and a T-shirt bearing the "1995 Special Olympics World Games, New Haven, CT, USA." On a clothing tag, the initials "C.S." were hand-written.
