ID Info - This white female weighed 173 pounds, and had brown hair and blue eyes. She was found wearing men's clothing and shoes. She also had tattoos on her right arm in sequence from the upper arm: Love, 143, Rudy. Tattoo of CS on right forearm, and F.A.L. tattooed on her left forearm. Additional tattoos of a star on wrist, a tattoo of a heart with an arrow on her upper left leg.

Circumstances - Female was a victim of a hit and run accident.
