ID Info - This white female was 2' 6" tall, weighed 25 pounds, and had straight blonde hair. It is unknown if this child had blue or brown eyes. She had a total of 12 teeth, was wearing a pink and white dress that was buttoned down the back with the brand name "CRADLE TOGS." She also was wearing a disposable diaper.

Circumstances - The body of the female child was found in the floodwater of the Escatawpa River in Escatawpa, Mississippi. She was apparently thrown from the I-10 bridge. Her death occurred 36-48 hours prior to her discovery.
