ID Info -  NCIC #M-095498080. Raylene is a white female, 5'0" tall, weighs 90 pounds, has curly auburn hair and blue eyes. She has a pencil line scar from base of nose to top of upper lip and a heart shaped birthmark at base of scull. She was last seen wearing Levi's, a long sleeved button down shirt with purplish flowers and boots.

Circumstances - Raylene and her sister were living with their father. She was beaten severely by her father and when last seen by her sister she was lying on the couch, but not moving. When her sister returned from school, Raylene was nowhere to be found.
