ID Info -  NCIC #M-724733660. Cathy is a white female, 5'5" tall, weighs 100 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes. She wears glasses with a heavy dark plastic frame. Scars on both feet from wart removal. Teeth in good condition. White blotch on left elbow. Many flat moles on back. She was last seen wearing a navy blue all-weather coat, navy blue pant dress, brown shoes and a brown leather clutch purse.

Circumstances - Cathy left home with Lester Everett in a stolen 1963 blue Cadillac. They went to Mars Hill in northern Maine and the Perth Andover in the New Brunswick area of Canada. Cathy has not been seen since that time.
