ID Info -  NCIC #M-420071596. Katelyn is a white female, 2'6" tall, weighs 23 pounds, has straight blonde hair and brown eyes. She has a birthmark on her back close to her left shoulder blade.

Circumstances - Katelyn was last known to be in the company of her father. He has since been taken into custody, but will not reveal the whereabouts of Katelyn.  She may have been given to an unknown adult.  Foul Play is suspected.
