ID Info - This unidentified male was 5'8" tall, weighed 169 pounds, had wavy light brown hair with red highlights and brown eyes. He had a tattoo of a 5 pointed star on his upper left arm and a possible faint tattoo on his right arm. He had a pierced left ear lobe and had all of his teeth. He had no dental restoration work. He was found wearing a Grateful Dead Summer 1995 T-shirt, light blue jeans (Levi 505, 33x32), white socks and size 11 1/2 blue Fila sneakers.

Circumstances - This young man died as a result of an automobile accident after attending a Grateful Dead concert in Washington, DC on 6/24 or 6/25/1995. He had a note in his pocket that said, To Jason. Sorry we had to go. See you around. Caroline O. & Caroline T.
