He is on medication and has been since 1995. He does not have his medication with him and may be in need of immediate medical attention. He was last seen wearing a blue and black Columbian Sportswear jacket and blue jeans.

Circumstances - Michael was to meet his cousin in Astoria, Oregon on 3/22/02 but never showed up. The cousin called several times to see if Michael was still coming. He was last seen in the 9000 block of North Syracuse in Portland, Oregon on 3/23/02. He has possibly been sighted in Roseburg, Oregon on 3/24/02.
