ID Info -  NCIC #U-893791944. This white male was 5'8" to 6'1" tall, weighed 150-200 pounds and had gray hair. He had two keys on a metal key ring with a white plastic tag which read Love. One of the keys had the initials USPS and the number 68887.  He was found wearing a hooded Army style jacket, a black long-sleeve button down shirt and brown lace up work boots.

Circumstances - The skeletal remains of this victim were recovered and had been at their location for 6 to 8 months. No injuries were found on the remains except to the lower back and he may have had surgery to that area. His teeth had been removed many years ago and apparently did not wear false teeth because of wear and tear on the jaw bone.
