ID Info - NCIC #U-189427890. This black male was 5'7" to 5'11" tall, weighed 132-176 pounds and had curly black hair. This victim has suffered a broken nose and was found wearing a v-neck t-shirt, orange colored pants, desert type tie shoes and a camouflage floppy type fishing hat.

Circumstances - This victim was located on the north side of Okeechobee Rd., 1/4 mile west of US 441 in West Palm Beach, Florida. The cause of death was gunshot wounds to the back. Dental records are available.
