He was found wearing a black t-shirt, black jeans with FUBU on the right rear pocket and white socks. He did not have on shoes. He had a tattoo of a heart with a dagger through it on his left arm and the tattoo appeared to be home made.
Circumstances - This black male was found floating in the intercoastal waterway.
