ID Info - NCIC #U-110888325. This black male was 5'7" to 5'10" tall, weighed 150-180 pounds, had black curly hair and brown eyes. Most of his teeth on his upper and lower jaw were missing and he was found wearing a long white thermal shirt with a blue shirt over it, blue pants with size 34 waist, black army hi-top shoes, a blue simulated gator hide belt, size 40 and a white sailor type fishing hat.

Circumstances - This black male was found in the Rim Canal near South Bay, Florida. His cause of death was drowning due to coronary.
