ID Info - NCIC #U-095908070. This white male was 5'8" to 6'0" tall and had straight brown hair. He had a healing rib and right hand fractures. His teeth were in relatively good shape and dental charts are available.

Circumstances - The skeletal remains of this victim were found off US 27 approximately 18 miles south of South Bay, Florida. The cause of death was trauma to the base of the skull and death took place approximately one year prior to discovery.
