ID Info - NCIC #U-247862471. This victim was 5'10" tall, weighed 145-155 pounds, had black hair and brown eyes. He had a slight moustache and beard and had Spanish cassettes in his shirt. He was found wearing a long sleeve army green shirt with the top button fastened, Levi blue jeans, one pair of Fruit of the Loom underwear (red and white in color and size 30-32). He also had on one pair of white hi-top Trax sneakers and a Helbros gold colored watch.

Circumstances - This victim was found floating in an irrigation canal in a badly decomposed state. The autopsy found that the victim had been shot in the head. He apparently had no dental work done and his wisdom teeth were impacted.
