ID Info -  NCIC #U-974859753. This victim was 5'1" to 5'5" tall, weighed 115 to 135 pounds and had straight brown hair. He was wearing size 29 Gant Brand tan slacks, no shirt and black Orite briefs, size small. He also had on black nylon knit socks with a small gray diamond design, black hi-top Converse sneakers, size 7 1/2.

Circumstances - This victim was located in a wooded area and was in the  advanced stages of decomposition. The cause of death had not been determined and there were no signs of trauma and toxicology reports came back negative. Dental records and fingerprints are available.
