ID Info -  NCIC #U-116887052. This male was 5'4" to 5'6" tall, weighed 155 to 170 pounds and had straight black hair and brown eyes. He had a stocky build and had thick receding salt & Pepper black hair. He wore dentures but they were not located.

Circumstances - This victim was found floating nude in the New River Canal, 17 miles south of South Bay, Florida. Fingerprints are available.
