ID Info -  NCIC #U-222193306. This white male had brown hair, was approximately 180-250 pounds, between 6'0 and 6'3" tall and was found wearing a light colored crew neck t-shirt with a pocket. He also had on Bill Blass blue jeans, size 12 brown leather sandals with Great Land on the label and a Timex Indiglo watch with a plastic band.

Circumstances - This victim was located at Seminole Pratt Whitney Rd. north of Northlake Blvd. in Loxahatchee, Florida. His cause of death was from a gunshot wound. It is believed that he died on 8/12/98.
