ID Info - NCIC #U-913394985. This white male is 5'0" tall, 100-125 pounds and had straight black hair. He was found wearing blue Peter Popvitch sweatpants, a black fishnet shirt with a logo of a cross on the front and Florida written underneath it. He also had on white Reebok sneakers with a red stripe and a homemade blue necklace with a cross made out of the same type string.

Circumstances - This victim was found floating in a local landfill canal where some people go to fish. No identification was found and there are dental records on file with the sheriff.
