ID Info - NCIC #U-933312145. This bi-racial male was 5'10" tall, had curly black hair and brown eyes. The only clothing found with him were the pockets to a pair of blue jeans, a pair of black hi-top Converse All-Star sneakers, size 10 and a gold colored Hamilton wrist watch.

Circumstances - The skeletal remains of this victim were discovered north of Beeline Highway and just west of the Florida Turnpike in suburban West Palm Beach. The remains are believed to have been there for several years, possibly 3 to 5 years. The cause of death is unknown and dental records are available on this case.
