ID Info - NCIC #M-522142512. Rachel is a white female, 5'2" tall, weighs 120 pounds, has straight blond hair and hazel eyes. She has pierced ears and a pierced navel. Both her ears have multiple piercings and one of her ears has a pierce in the upper part of the ear. She has a tattoo of two heart shaped cherries on her left shoulder and a black star tattoo on her left foot. She also has auburn streaks in her hair and was last seen wearing a green sports bra, gray shorts or sweat pants, Asics shoes and she was carrying a yellow sports Walkman.

Circumstances - Rachel left her parent's home in the morning hours to take her usual 4 mile run. Sometime around 11:00 a.m., near the end of her run, she disappeared. Rachel was last seen on Neches Drive within 200 yards of her parent's home. All of Rachel's personal affects were still in the home.
