ID Info - NCIC #U-740003002. This Asian/Hispanic male was 6'1" tall, weighed 200 pounds, and had black hair. The bones in his right foot were fused together causing this person to probably limp. His teeth were also in good condition and he was found wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue sweatpants, a gray jacket and had a military green duffle backpack.

Circumstances - The body of this bi-racial male was located in a field north of Pueblo, Colorado. It is possible this person was mentally ill or walked away from a mental hospital. A paper with phone numbers for Spanish Peaks Mental Health Center was found on the body. A witness reported the person told him he was going to Denver, Colorado. Foul play is not suspected in this case.
