ID Info -  NCIC #M-771149884. Ray is a black male, 5'11" tall, weighs 140 pounds, has curly black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a Regal Cinema white t-shirt and black jean shorts.

Circumstances - Roy was last seen on 1/18/00 in Casselberry, Florida where he had just cashed his paycheck.  His car is a 1992 black Honda Accord and it was found abandoned on I-75 near the Ruskin, Florida off ramp. Roy is bi-polar and may be armed.  A $2000.00 reward is available for information leading to his whereabouts.
