ID Info - NCIC #M-137561541. The abducted child was only hours old when she was taken. She is a black female, 21 inches long and has black hair and brown eyes. She has Mongolian spots on her buttocks and was last wearing a white t-shirt. She was taken with a white blanket with pink and blue stripes. She has an umbilical hernia.

ID Info on abductor - This unknown black female is wanted for the abduction of Kamiyah Mobley. The suspect is a black female, 5'5" tall, 30-35 years old, 150-160 pounds. She wore a brown, medium length wig, a blue hospital smock with flowers and green hospital pants. The suspect got the smock from the hospital.

Circumstances - The newborn was abducted from her mother's hospital room at University Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL at 3:00 p.m. on July 10, 1998. The suspect had been in the room with the mother from 1000-1500 (10:00a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) pretending to be a nurse. At 3:00 p.m., she said there was a problem with the child's temperature and she would return with the baby in 20 minutes.
