The second toe on both feet is very long and his small toe turns sideways. He has acne scars and acne. He usually wears blue jeans, a t-shirt, a dark ball cap, hiking boots, a red, black and white parka and carries a dark back pack.
Circumstances - Doug was last seen on 1/17/01 at a sandwich shop in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. He has not been seen or heard from since that time and his mom is very worried.
