Circumstances - Latoya has a 4 year old child. She and her boyfriend were having difficulty and she left with the child. She took the child to her boyfriend's mother and when she left from there, her boyfriend followed her. The police found her car a week or two later abandoned. Her purse was in the front seat of the car but Latoya has not been seen or heard from since.
