ID Info -  NCIC #M-270507734. Asha is a black female, 4'6" tall, weighs 60 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes. She is believed to be wearing a white shirt, white jeans, white shoes and may be carrying a purse with Tweety Bird on it and a book bag.

Circumstances - Asha apparently left her residence voluntarily at approximately 4:00a.m. on 2/14/00. Asha was observed walking alone approximately 1 mile from her residence at 4:30a.m. on 2/14/00. She has not been seen since that time.
