ID Info -  NCIC #M-843895110. Jeffrey is a white male, 3'9" tall, weighs 45 pounds, has straight blond hair and brown eyes. All physical characteristics including height and weight relate to Jeffrey's date of disappearance.   Photo depicts him at 5 years of age.

Circumstances - Mother had full custody at the time she sent Jeffrey and his siblings to visit his father and stepmother.  The father took them to Ocean City, WA and while they were playing, Jeffrey disappeared.  A 72 hour search produced no trace of Jeffrey.
