ID Info -  NCIC #M-090053509. Richard is a white male, 3'0" tall, weighs 32 pounds, has straight brown hair and hazel eyes. Scar over left eye. Wore hip braces on both legs to correct a bowlegged condition, but the braces had been off for 6 months at time of disappearance.

Circumstances - Child disappeared while visiting his paternal grandmother who stated that Rickey had wandered off and could not be found. Search teams and bloodhounds were used but there was no trace of Ricky.
