Child Protection
Education of America, Inc.

Established in Tampa, Florida in 2002, Child Protection Education of America (CPEA) is a private foundation that does work within the missing children's issue by providing safety education to families. Our efforts to assist law enforcement includes sponsoring bloodhounds, case registration, photograph distribution and publicity of missing children cases.

The Jimmy Ryce Center for Victims of Predatory Abduction

The Jimmy Ryce Center(JRC) in Vero Beach, Florida was established in the memory of 9-year-old Jimmy Ryce, who was kidnapped and murdered on September 11, 1995.

The Center promotes public awareness of sexual predators and predatory abductions. Since 1998 its Jimmy Ryce Bloodhound Network has given free over 400 AKC bloodhounds to law enforcement. In 2004, CPEA joined JRC to raise funds for this project.
